Service Limitations
Not all services or speeds are available in all areas. We may verify service availability and confirm or modify your order based on our network capabilities.
3. Plans, Pricing, and Changes
Current plans and pricing are listed on our website or in your service order. We may update them from time to time.
- Monthly Service: Services are generally billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Price Changes: If we change base prices or key terms, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law.

4. Billing and Payment

Non‑Payment

5. Equipment and Installation
LYNQFAST Equipment
Any equipment we provide (such as routers or ONTs) remains our property unless we explicitly sell it to you.
- You are responsible for reasonable care and safekeeping of our equipment.
- Upon cancellation, you must return equipment as instructed or pay applicable non‑return fees.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to your premises for installation and maintenance.
- Ensure that internal wiring and power are adequate for installation.
- Notify us promptly of service issues or equipment problems.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LYNQFAST services in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use expectations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others
- Distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or attempting to breach security
- Sending spam, abusive messages, or engaging in harassment
- Excessive usage that materially degrades service for others, where such limits are clearly defined in your plan
We may suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated violations.
7. Service Availability and Performance
We design LYNQFAST for high reliability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
- Service may be affected by maintenance, outages, or factors beyond our control.
- Advertised speeds represent network capability; actual speeds may vary.
8. Privacy and Data
Our use of your personal information is described in the LYNQFAST Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may monitor network traffic and usage to maintain security, manage the network, and comply with legal requirements.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your service by contacting LYNQFAST using the information below. Depending on your plan, early termination fees may apply if you are under a minimum term agreement.
Our Right to Suspend or Terminate
We may suspend or terminate service, with or without notice where permitted, if:
- You fail to pay amounts due
- You violate these Terms or misuse the service
- We detect fraud, security risks, or abuse
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYNQFAST is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or performance issues beyond our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We encourage you to contact LYNQFAST support first to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to arbitration or other dispute resolution processes as permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where your service is provided, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
